Coventry University in collaboration with the Kenyan High Commission is proud to host Kenya@50’s students’ conference

What is Kenya@50?

 

A celebration of Kenya’s 50th independence anniversary; with a reflection of its outstanding achievements to date, an analysis of today and a projection of its aspirations as the country and its people continue to grow and shine.

 

Kenya@50 is coming to the UK and this exclusive conference is open to all Kenyan students across the UK. It will consist of presentations by dignitaries on topics such  as the role of student Diaspora in Kenya’s development, investing in education and its reforms, effects of immigration and investment in new businesses with the aim of empowering and encouraging students to achieve their ambitions. There will also be a Kenyan buffet which will give students the  opportunity to network with the High Commissioner, Cabinet Secretary and other influential dignitaries who share a common passion for the development of Kenyan people.
