‘Brain circulation’ Exploring direct and indirect contributions to the homeland by the UK-based Somali diaspora

In association with the Bloomsbury Somali Studies Group, the International Organization of Migration (IOM) and Somali Heritage Academic Network (SHAN) Ltd are pleased to announce the launch of ‘Mapping of Somali Diaspora in England and Wales’, a report for IOM by Farhan Hassan, Munira Musse, Jaffar Jama and Faduma Mohamed. 
The panel will be chaired by Dr Laura Hammond, Head of Development Studies at SOAS, and will include Frantz Celestin from IOM Somalia, and Dr Muna Elmi from Worldwide Somali Students and Professionals.
